Assessment of the proper Asking Price

 

Sometimes we encounter unrealistic expectations of Owners - not unusally originating from the promises of a previous seller, yard or broker of the yacht.

 

We attempt to convince Owners to choose an Asking Price, which is taking the real market value of the yacht into account as well as the actual plans and needs of our Client.

 

A realistic start into the sales activities can decisively reduce the sales period.
