Cost

 

As customary, OCEAN Independence markets a yacht for a total Commission of 10%, calculated on the eventual sales price. This cost is due at the time of the closing of the transaction - therefore only if our activities are successful.

 

60 -70% of the above commission will have to be paid to the so-called selling broker. This is the broker, who actually "brings" the Buyer. This can be OCEAN Independence, but also any of the brokers of our world-wide network.

 

The remaining 30 - 40% of the total commission will be used to cover our cost for advertising, marketing, processing of reactions, etc. - in other words all of the abovementioned services, as well as for the risk and profit of OCEAN Independence.
