OCEAN Independence offers to participate in the contract negotiations, to supervise the necessary contracts and to prepare the necessary papers for the hand-over, together with the Captain and crew. (Ship’s papers, inventories, etc.)

OCEAN Independence offers their advice in assessing the results of the survey, if any and assists the client (seller) during the re-negotiations, if applicable.
We recommend suitable lawyers and we monitor the transfer of funds - all on behalf of and according to the instructions of the Client.
