Build supervision
We observe and monitor the build process, with the aim that you receive a high-quality yacht delivered on time and on budget. Our experienced team will apply its knowledge of the yacht build process, along with formal project management procedures, to expertly represent you throughout the build.
Many elements need to come together in a controlled way during the long build process. We will represent your interests and co-ordinate designers, class societies, major subcontractors, suppliers and the shipyard in order to achieve a successful outcome.

The project manager is independent of influence from the shipyard and reports only to you, the Client. They will:

- monitor and control the schedule to prevent delays
- study change orders and negotiate to avoid spiralling costs

- Assistance with the certification and other administration procedures prior to delivery.
- Test and trial supervision.
- Inform of any improvements to the build, its finance or delivery that would benefit you.
