Towards the end of the building period, the yard is under time (and sometimes financial) pressure to finish the yacht. At this time, we will make sure that the shipyard completes all tasks according to the contract and that the yacht is ready to operate when you take delivery.

During the busy final weeks of a yacht build, multiple contractors will be racing to finish work. The shipyard will want to launch the yacht to avoid time delay penalties, the Captain will be occupied with administration and the crew will be readying the yacht for operation.

We will manage this pre-delivery period of construction, trials and launch to ensure that work is completed correctly and to a high standard. In this way, you can be assured of a positive first experience aboard your new yacht upon delivery.

Up to and including delivery, we manage and supervise the build and operational work to ensure that all tasks and procedures are planned for. This includes:
