Despite having not raced for 2 years and dashing back from her extended summer cruise in Greece and Croatia, ALTAIR put in a very solid performance at this year’s Les Voiles de St Tropez regatta, 25th September – 3rd October; scoring two second places a first and a third.
It’s testament to the versatility of ALTAIR that the yacht can comfortably undertake extended cruising all summer, spending the majority of this time at anchor, return for a quick yard stop to complete a Lloyds class survey and immediately sail to St Tropez and achieve 2nd in class.
