OCI London’s Peter Thompson and Michael White bring us three diverse yachts.
Firstly the 1991, 90.6m Bermudian commercial passenger ship SUNRISE. Fresh from a multi-million dollar refit including the creation of two suites, this 7 deck Nuovi Cantieri Apunia offers 4 accommodation decks sleeping up to 120 guests in 60 double cabins. SUNRISE is a majestic boutique cruise ship and is an ideal platform for private use or as a 6 star cruise operation being both SOLAS and Lloyds complaint.
Secondly the 42.98m Holland Jachtbouw schooner SKYLGE, she encompasses the best of both worlds with her classic looks and modern performance all packaged together with the finest Dutch quality. Launched in 2006 with proven performance under sail she sleeps 8 guests in 4 cabins.
And thirdly RED SAPPHIRE the 39.1m Heesen built in 1999, a high performance aluminium yacht that has been maintained regardless of cost and recently completed her 10 year survey. Sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins.
With Peter Hürzeler and Axel Douqué at OCI Zürich the 4th hull in the successful Baglietto 53m series, following the high praise of hull 3, now named BARAKA, number 4 is ready for her owner’s personal touches to be added to a well proven design. Planned to sleep 12 guests is 6 cabins she will available for September 2011.
Then with Bjorn Vang-Mathisen at OCI Geneva an exciting new project from Nereids, the PHEROUSA 67m, scheduled for completion in 2011 she will sleep 12 guests in 6 cabins and is very competitively priced.
And lastly with Jeroen Minnema at OCI Antibes the 36.13m AKHIR 118, synonymous with high speed and high quality the next Akhir 118 from Cantieri di Pisa is available from June 2010. With a choice of 4 and 5 cabin layouts plus an occasional additional main deck cabin, the internal options are seemingly endless.
Firstly with Eric Trupheme the 28m Sunseeker LAMMOUCHE, built in 2007 she sleeps 10 guests in 4 cabins and is fully equipped including a Trac Star digital stabilizer system.
Then with Jeroen Minnema 2 fine yachts from San Lorenzo in co-central: the 27m 2002 built SPARKLING, a beautiful example of the successful 88 series and only privately used she sleeps 8 guests in 4 cabins and also the 24m 2005 ALPHA PAPA, a pristine SL82 she sleeps 8 guests in 4 cabins.
Rainer Wilhelm presents 2 world cruising sailing yachts: the 25.05m Trehard built NOHEEA, launched in 1987 and refitted in 2008 this spacious and versatile family yacht has great layout sleeping 7 guests in 3 cabins and brand new equipment including the engine (08), generator (08) and sails (09).
And then the high spec 24.9m Nautor Swan ASTRO DE L’EST, launched in 2000 and perfectly maintained with a 2008 refit she is a real cruiser-racer, ready for the 2010 Swan Maxi Circuit or for charter, sleeps 8 guests in 4 cabins.
Then over to Yannis Mitsopoulos at OCI Athens with V2, a well kept 16.7m Atlantis 55 from 2006, currently based in Athens and ready for some fun with a new owner.
