CUOR DI LEONE

CUOR DI LEONE (ex M/Y LIONHEART) is a 50m (164ft) Benetti - the 4th in their
Golden Bay series. She is another fine example of this company’s Italian flair and
elegance in design. CUOR DI LEONE’s interior styling is by Stefano Natucci and
features the use of exceptional materials and highly original details. Sanded and
vibrant honey coloured oak burl has been used for the yacht’s furniture and
panelling and the bathing areas display the lovely and exclusive marble, honey
onyx.

CUOR DI LEONE is designed and built to be able to undertake long cruises and
charters in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and other exotic areas of the world.
Accordingly, this large motor yacht provides every possible comfort and luxury.

She offers a wonderful sundeck along with two large sunbathing areas with sun
beds and mattresses both fore and aft, a well-positioned Jacuzzi, (right next to the
bar), two settees and a dining table which is shaded in the yacht’s radar arch. She
features sweeping deck spaces which are nicely separated and very functional
as either entertainment or relaxation areas.

Accommodation is provided in a full beam master suite with a ‘his and hers’
bathroom on the main deck. On the lower deck are four further staterooms (2x
double and 2x twin) with ensuite bathrooms. Further to this there is a day room on
the upper deck that can be converted into a guest room (either double or twin)
with bathroom facilities.

Fresh from a major refit, CUOR DI LEONE offers the buyer an ideal yacht for
private or charter use. Sensibly priced and seriously for sale.

Walk through description:

Stepping aboard via the hydraulic passerelle, the inviting aft deck comprises cushioned bench seating, 4 large wicker arm chairs, a glass topped coffee table and 2 occasional wicker tables.

Double sliding doors lead into the Main Saloon. Underfoot are new 100% pure wool custom made carpets throughout. Immediately to port is a marble topped bar with 3 bar stools. Just forward of the bar are two large sofas, arranged in L formation with a glass topped and intricate metalwork coffee table. Opposite the sofas is a 44” TV. External light can be controlled by the 3 sets of blinds (3 different thicknesses) electrically operated. These are present throughout the yacht. Different moods can also be created by the use of dimmable spotlighting.

Forward is the glass topped dining table capable of seating 12 guests with cream leather covered chairs. Through a door to port is the lower pantry which has dishwasher, sink, ice maker and small desk and chair. Forward of this is the fully equipped professional Galley (details of equipment on page 5). Taking the starboard passage forward from the dining room leads to the Foyer for use when the vessel is berthed side to. There is a day head just before the double doors entering the Master Suite. This comprises an Office with couch, desk and 2 black leather covered chairs.

A sliding door leads through to the full beam suite. Centrally positioned King sized bed(200 x 200cm), with 42” TV opposite. An armchair and footstool to port. Large oval windows flood the area with natural light. There is an extensive wardrobe with 2 double hanging spaces at both port and starboard doors through to the full beam bathroom. The stunning marble and onyx bathroom comprises his ‘n’ hers wash basins, WC, bidet, rainhead shower and centrally positioned Jacuzzi bath. Dressing table to port. Gold fittings throughout.

The 4 spacious guest suites on the lower deck are accessed via a staircase from the Foyer. Comprising 2 identical Queen suites(bed dimension 195 x 160cm) and 2 identical Twin suites. The Twin suites feature a drop down Pullman berth each and the ensuite features a shower, WC and wash basin.

Taking the marble staircase up from the Foyer leads to the Bridge Deck. Turning right leads, via the Navigation Station, to the wheelhouse which has 2 helm chairs and a central black leather bench for guests. Turning left leads to the fifth guest suite and skylounge. The guest suite can be either a twin or a double depending on requirement. The bed is a Super Queen(195 x 180cm). Generously sized with dressing table and hanging wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower, WC and wash basin. This can also be used as a day head, accessible via a separate door from the Sky Lounge.

The full beam skylounge has two large sofas with 2 ornate coffee tables. In addition, a card table with 2 chairs and a bar with ice maker and small sink. A pop up 42” TV is between the port and starboard doors leading to aft bridge deck.

The bridge deck offers a choice of spaces; the Portuguese bridge with semi circular seating and round coffee table, or the aft deck which offers a shaded marble and glass topped dining table for up to 12 guests with full beam aft cushioned seating and foot stools.

A wide staircase on the port side leads up to the sun deck. This features sweeping deck spaces which are nicely separated and very functional as either entertainment or relaxation areas.
Forward is a raised, very large sunpad area with unobstructed 360 degree views. Mid way is a large Jacuzzi, adjacent to the marble topped bar with sink, 2 fridges and a grill/BBQ. Under the arch is a large dining table with 5 chairs on one side and fixed cushioned bench seating on the other. Finally the foredeck which houses the rescue tender, waverunner, 2 jetskis, all launched using the 0.6 ton capacity crane. A spacious Bosun’s locker also has escape hatches from the master suite and crew cabins. The guest tender is housed in the aft garage and launched via the 1.7ton capacity overhead gantry crane. The transom opens up to form a substantial swim platform.
