ASYA is a 47m Heesen motor yacht for charter, delivered in 2015 and refitted in 2026. Designed by Omega Architects externally and Bannenberg & Rowell internally, she accommodates 12 guests across 5 staterooms and is available in the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
ASYA brings together two of the superyacht industry's most respected design studios in a single hull. Frank Laupman of Omega Architects gave her a profile that balances traditional displacement proportions with a contemporary exterior: clean, open, and immediately recognisable as a Heesen. Below decks and throughout the living spaces, Bannenberg & Rowell have created an interior with a calm and chic character: warm tones, restrained detailing, and a quality of finish that rewards time spent aboard.
The full-beam Owner's suite occupies the forward section of the main deck, with a king-sized bed, a large en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and walk-in closets to starboard. Four guest staterooms sit on the lower deck, providing a flexible layout that works well for mixed groups and families alike.
Deck life aboard ASYA is varied. The sun deck carries a Jacuzzi along with sunbeds and a bar, giving guests a private, sociable space above the main activity of the yacht. Alfresco dining options are spread across multiple levels, and the aft deck arrangement is well suited to relaxed evenings at anchor.
The watertoy inventory is substantial and recently renewed. A Dariel Limo 7 Cabriolet jet tender from 2024 serves as the primary tender, accompanied by a Seadoo RXP, three Seabob F5SR units, a Jetsurf Electric, FLITE eFoils, underwater scooters, scuba diving sets for four, and a full complement of inflatables. The beach club completes the picture at water level.
ASYA operates in the Mediterranean in the summer season, covering Spain, France and Italy, before relocating to the Middle East for the winter season, providing a year-round charter option with consistent crew continuity.

Accommodation
ASYA's interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests overnight in 5 luxury staterooms. All the staterooms feature a warm colour with elegant interiors.
The full beam Owner's suite with king bed is located forward on the main deck. The master suite has a huge en suite bathroom with large bath tub and shower on port side and walk in closets on starboard side. The guest staterooms, two double VIP and two twin are on the lower deck.
