He enjoys building relationships with people from all walks of life, finding it genuinely interesting to get to know new cultures and perspectives.
Before joining Ocean Independence, Alex spent over three years at a B2B company supplying equipment and medicine to the dental industry. It was here that he built much of his professional experience and developed the attention to detail and organisation that underpins his work in finance.
He made the move into yachting drawn by the appeal of an entirely new world, one he had never stepped into before. Curious to understand how the industry works and eager to expand his horizons, he brings fresh energy and an open mind to the team.
Outside of work, Alex is keen on fitness, video games and reading.
