When asked whether she has any particular culinary favourites along this stretch of coast, Lisa mentions Da Paolino in Capri, describing it as “not just a restaurant, but a journey into the island’s authentic culinary traditions”. Lisa also acknowledges Lo Scoglio, a family-run restaurant that prides itself on the freshness of their locally sourced ingredients. “The authenticity and simplicity of Lo Scoglio’s cuisine reflect the heart of the Amalfi Coast”, she says. “The menu is enriched with produce from their own farm and offers seasonal specialities that capture the vibrant flavours of the region.”
