Initially launched in 1975, this custom yacht saw a successful charter period, and has since been refitted and rebuilt to meet the modern buyer’s needs. Relaunched in 2016, she now brings a modern take on a traditional canoe stern yacht, with top condition amenities and fresh, sophisticated decor.

A classic yacht revival

When stepping on board this stunning vessel, one must not be fooled by her seemingly vintage silhouette. Having seen decades of successful voyages, TRAFALGAR offers everything you need for a one-of-a-kind sailing experience. With a tri-deck layout across a spacious 40-metre length, she has all the benefits of a modern motor yacht, with an underlying charm that only comes from a yacht designed in the ‘70s.

Previously named MOONMAIDEN II, keen James Bond fans may recognise this iconic yacht from her feature in the film ‘The Living Daylights’ with Timothy Dalton. Offering a timeless appeal, even then her unique styling was enough to stand out in the yachting world.

Fully refitted in 2016, guests on board TRAFALGAR will be greeted by fresh decor, with new fabrics and carpets adorning the interior. Perhaps one of her most iconic features are the satin-finished French mahogany bulkheads, exuding new heights of opulence and luxury.

Accommodating up to ten guests across five spacious cabins, the main deck features the master stateroom, whilst a full-beam VIP stateroom sits on the lower deck. Along with three additional luxurious cabins, guests have plenty of space to unwind after a busy day exploring in this 40m displacement yacht.

TRAFALGAR is equally as impressive when it comes to her ample space for relaxation and socialisation, with an open plan main saloon and informal dining area that promotes an air of relaxed sophistication. The elegant interior succeeds in making the most of the natural lighting and jaw-dropping views - a feature that is rare to find on a yacht of her age.

Step outside, and the expansive deck offers everything guests need to make the most of their voyage. With a sheltered seating area, sun loungers and coffee tables, as well as a generously sized dining area, guests can enjoy alfresco lunches and gourmet meals as the sound of the waves lapping against the boat lulls them into a state of complete relaxation.

One of the many perks of a recently refitted yacht is the guarantee that the vessel will be equipped with the latest and best-performing technology and mechanics. TRAFALGAR is no exception.

Powered by twin 599hp Deutz engines and reaching a top speed of 13.5 knots, this motor yacht offers a decent cruising speed for a yacht of her size, allowing guests to reach their destination in a swift and safe manner, without compromising on comfort. Paired with a range of 3,500 nautical miles, and this yacht can easily take you to your dream destinations without straining her performance.

Alongside ample space for socialisation and relaxation, TRAFALGAR also offers the height of entertainment and adrenaline-fuelled fun, with her selection of water toys and tenders that can take a cruise on this yacht to new levels.

Equipped with a Yamaha Jet Ski, alongside a Novurania EQ 540 tender with a capacity for ten people, and a 3.5m Walker Bay tender with 25hp outboard, this superyacht can offer a whole host of fun and entertainment in the open waters.
