Hailing from Kazakhstan, Jelena completed comprehensive studies in Economics and International Affairs across Poland, France, and Germany.
With a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of Russian and Eastern European clients’ operations, she has built an impressive track record in the luxury yachting sector.
Since joining Ocean Independence in 2016, Jelena has been involved in a wide range of yacht sales and new build projects across Europe, successfully coordinating several complex transactions and overseeing the progress of bespoke builds. In parallel, she has organised numerous charters on some of the most prestigious superyachts, ensuring an exceptional experience for every Client.
Beyond her brokerage work, Jelena is also a passionate advocate for women in yachting. Actively engaged with various industry associations and women’s networks, she strives to promote inclusivity, leadership, and visibility for women within the maritime world — contributing to the evolution of a more balanced and inspiring industry.
