After completing her university degree, she began her career as a Personal Assistant to High Net-Worth Individuals (HWNWI), gaining invaluable experience in managing complex schedules, travel, and personal affairs for some of the most discerning clients.
Eager to expand her expertise, Joanna entered the yachting industry as a Sales Assistant and Fleet Coordinator with a renowned company, where she managed the operations and logistics of luxury vessels. This role provided her with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and operations.
In 2018, Joanna joined Ocean Independence as Personal Assistant to the Senior Sales Broker and took on the additional role of dedicated Compliance Person in the Monaco office. She has become an integral part of the team, applying her organisational skills and industry knowledge to support clients and colleagues alike.
Currently, as a Charter Manager, Joanna leverages her extensive background in both personal assistance and yachting operations. She works closely with crews and industry partners to ensure seamless charter experiences, drawing on her deep knowledge of the industry and her excellent interpersonal skills. Her ability to manage complex logistics, maintain discretion, and build lasting relationships makes her an invaluable asset to her clients and team.
