Joining in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant in Zurich, she quickly immersed herself in every aspect of the business — from yacht show logistics to executive support. Her organisational skills and can-do attitude saw her take the reins of major events like the Monaco, Dubai and MYBA yacht shows, coordinating teams, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless experiences for clients and colleagues alike.
Today, Marina thrives as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and a Charter Consultant, combining her deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for people. Her dedication to client satisfaction and love for travel are reflected in every charter she organises.
