With a lifelong passion for shipping and yachting, Sara’s career in and around the water dates back to 2007.
Born and raised in Milan and obtaining a Diploma in International Languages, she worked for Costa Cruises, holding various onboard Managerial positions and later worked in the Genova HQ ‘Operation Control Centre’, dealing with fleet emergencies. She continued her career at MSC Cruises as Immigration Officer in charge of Ship clearance. In 2021 she joined a yachting Company based in Monaco working in Crew Management Department. We are very happy to have Sara as part of our Management Team as she has joined Ocean Independence in 2023 as our new Crew Manager. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese with basic knowledge of French.
