Group Retail Charter Manager

We are a globally operating company with 14 offices worldwide, offering a range of services in yacht charter, sales and purchase, yacht management, finance, and aviation. We are expanding our Team and excited to invite a Group Retail Charter Manager to join us.

The successful candidate will have passion for delivering exceptional service and client experiences, and have a background in either the superyacht or UHHWI industries. You will be responsible for taking a leading role in the day-to-day support and development of our Team of Charter Retail Consultants.

This challenging and rewarding position will require a dedication to both customer service and creative solution-based problem solving. You will have a proven track record of delivering success, motivating and supporting a team, strong negotiation and communication skills, with an open and approachable management style.

We're looking for someone who is a proactive, professional self-starter and initiative taker to join our Team and help navigate our retail charter business to new heights of success.

We are a dynamic and committed Team who have a family spirit and share a love for yachting and offer an international and innovative work environment.

Fleet Finance Manager

We are looking for a Fleet Finance Manager, to be based in our Hamburg, Konstanz or UK office.

Your skills must include:

  • Completed education in the field of accounting

  • Client Service skills

  • 5-year work experience
  • Flexibility to complete task when needed
  • The willingness to familiarize yourselves with the exciting field of yachting
  • The ability to set the right priorities, even when working at a fast pace

Responsibilities would include:

  • Being number one point of contact for Yacht Managers, Brokers, Clients and Captains for all financial services related topics including participation in Client Meetings

  • Responsible for the financial on- and off-boarding of yachts

  • Responsibilities for yacht and project accounting
  • Creation and closing of monthly and annual reports
  • Invoicing of Ocean Independence Clients for Yacht Management Services
  • Preview and financial approval of yachts and projects budgets
  • Development and quality assurance of Financial Services
  • Further development of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Manage digital and hardcopy filing of receipts
  • Travel to the yachts under management, to the residencies and offices of the Clients if required
