Day to day itinerary
Day One Anacortes to Orcas Island
Your journey begins at Anacortes Marina, where you'll embark on your luxury yacht charter. After a short and scenic voyage (19nm), arrive dockside at Orcas Island, known as the "gem of the San Juans."
Day Two Orcas Island To Lopez Island
Spend the day exploring Orcas Island's diverse offerings, from the exhilaration of whale watching to exploring local vineyards and wine tasting. Tee off amidst breathtaking views at the golf course, immerse yourself in the vibrant local art scene, or take a hike to one of the island’s stunning waterfalls. Head to Lopez island (13nm) to spend the night dockside or at anchor soaking in the natural splendour.
Day Three Lopez Island To Friday Harbor
Spend the day in Lopez Island, where you can visit the Shark Reef Sanctuary and observe seals in their natural habitat. Afterward, explore the sandy beaches of Odlin County Park and endeavour on an adventurous kayaking excursion. For those that want a more relaxing experience, visit the charming Lopez Island vineyards to taste fine wines produced using organically grown grapes. Travel a short distance to Friday Harbor (3nm) and spend the night dockside.
Day Four Friday Harbor and Yellow Island
Spend the day in Friday Harbor’s historic district and step back in time as you wander through its charming streets. Explore art galleries, museums, and boutique shops. Cruise a short distance to Yellow Island (3nm), famed for its dramatic display of wildflowers. Take in the natural beauty of these vibrant blooms, before heading to Roche Harbor for the night (6nm).
Day Five Roche Harbor and Spieden Island
Awake in Roche Harbor, a vibrant destination where you can visit the iconic Sculpture Park and marvel over 100 works of art set within tranquil gardens. Savour fresh, local shellfish at the Westcott Bay Shellfish Company and stroll through the historic village. For spirit lovers, visit the local distillery and taste award-winning brandy and gins. In the afternoon, take a short trip to Spieden Island (2nm), famed for its exotic wildlife. Return to Roche Harbor for another night dockside.
Day Six Sucia Island
A leisurely cruise brings you to Sucia Island (13nm), a true paradise for nature lovers. Spend the day exploring the island's many hiking trails, tide pools, and scenic viewpoints, or simply enjoy the yacht’s watertoys while anchored in Echo Bay. The quiet, natural beauty of Sucia Island makes for a peaceful overnight stay at anchor.
Day Seven Lummi Island
Your penultimate day takes you to Lummi Island, where you can visit the exclusive Artisan Wine Gallery and sample exquisite wines. Stroll through the scenic Sculpture Woods park featuring unique artworks set amidst nature's beauty. After a day of exploring, enjoy a restful night anchored near Lummi Island, with the one-of-a-kind landscape providing a perfect backdrop.
Day Eight Return to Anacortes
On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast on board as you slowly make your way back to Anacortes Marina (22nm).
