ORION is a 50m Heesen motor yacht for charter, built in 2025 with hybrid propulsion and accommodation for 12 guests in 6 staterooms. Designed by the Cristiano Gatto Design Team with naval architecture by Omega Architects, she brings together a light-filled contemporary interior, 240sqm of outdoor space, and a nine-person crew.

ORION was built in 2025, combining hybrid propulsion technology with a considered interior by the Cristiano Gatto Design Team and naval architecture by Omega Architects.

Her hybrid propulsion system reduces engine noise and vibration at speed, making extended passages as comfortable on board as time spent at anchor. The large expanse of onboard glazing fills the interior with natural light throughout, giving the spaces a clean, open quality that carries through from the main salon to the guest staterooms. Inside, 6 staterooms accommodate 12 guests, with the master stateroom positioned on the main deck and a full-beam VIP stateroom below. A crew of nine manages the vessel and the onboard experience.

Outdoor living is central to how ORION is designed to be used. The yacht offers 240sqm of well-organised deck space across multiple levels. The sun deck provides alfresco dining under a hardtop with a separate Jacuzzi open to the sky. The fold-down transom expands the beach club at sea level to give direct access to the water, while the hydraulically driven swim platform can be partially submerged for easy entry or raised to dock height for smooth boarding. A wellness space aft on the lower deck brings together a gym and sauna in close proximity to the swim platform and beach club.

The watertoys and tenders are well-matched to the varied onboard activities available. A Williams 565 jet tender provides towable watersports capability, while a Vanquish VQ45 chase boat from 2024 handles transfers. Two SeaDoo WakePro 230hp personal watercraft join two efoils, four Seabobs, four inflatable paddle boards, four two-person kayaks, wakeboards, water skis, a donut, and an inflatable deck with a watertoy docking station. ORION is also an RYA Centre for summer 2026, providing a structured framework for guests seeking accredited instruction on the water.

In summer, ORION charters across the Mediterranean, with Greece, France, and Italy among the current cruising destinations. From November to March, she operates in the Caribbean, the Virgin Islands, the Leeward and Windward Islands, and the Bahamas.
