LADY LUCY is a 40m displacement motor yacht for sale, built by Heesen and delivered in 2001 to an Owner seeking uncompromised comfort and space under 40 metres. She accommodates eight guests in four staterooms, including a full-beam VIP suite, and an elevator from the lower deck to the sun deck.
First launched as JANGADA, LADY LUCY was designed to an experienced serial yacht Owner's brief for uncompromised comfort within a 40-metre length.
Naval architecture and exterior styling from Omega Architects, giving her a distinctly Dutch build heritage. Below, the main deck master suite includes a study, while the lower deck adds two further double staterooms, all with en suite bathrooms, alongside the full-beam VIP suite.
A steel hull and aluminium superstructure are driven by twin Caterpillar 3412C engines producing 825hp each, supported by two 65kw Northern Lights generators, giving a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. She is built to American Bureau of Shipping class and flagged in the Cayman Islands.
On board, guests have use of the deck Jacuzzi, along with tenders from AB Inflatables. Exterior updates include a full repaint completed in 2020, extending to the underwater hull, keeping her presentation in step with her interior quality.
