Ocean Independence Welcomes Four New Team Members

Through the unusual times of the last few months, we are pleased to have welcomed four new team members.

Joining the team in our Palma de Mallorca office as a Yacht Broker, Michael Gräff has several years of experience in the industry on yachts, in shipyards and as a broker. With extensive experience in carpentry, engineering, hospitality and yachting, Michael is able to offer thorough advice and sound knowledge to his clients, not only in the purchase and sales of motor yachts, but also in the construction of new build projects. 

Helene Delstanche has recently joined our Sussex, UK office as a Senior Charter Manager. Dutch by birth but brought up in the UK, Helene spent nearly a decade abroad managing smaller sailing yachts before returning to the UK and joining the superyacht industry, where she has been a highly successful charter manager ever since. 

Also joining our Sussex office, Yacht Broker Peter Jones has spent over 30 years in the yachting industry. His broad knowledge of the yachting market and European shipyards allows him to work closely with clients on new construction projects, sale and purchase, charters, management and refit opportunities.

Cordelia Oaks-Ashe, or Cordy to her friends and colleagues, has been organising yacht charters for over eight years, primarily in the Mediterranean and Caribbean but also further afield. Given her industry knowledge from both a crew and broker perspective, Cordy is adept at delivering unforgettable charters to her clients.
