Louise comes from a yachting family, her father having been a Captain then a surveyor and her mother a chef on board yachts.
Louise started her yachting career at the age of 18, working for the Rodriguez Group and learning all sides of the business including charter, sales, new build development and engine propulsions. She then took a few years off to work on yachts before pursuing her career back on land for 10 years as charter central agent for companies such as Camper and Nicholsons. Louise is able to cover all aspects of management in English, French and Italian.
