With over 26 years of experience in the superyacht industry, Stephanie is a highly respected Senior Charter Manager known for her strategic insight, commercial acumen, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Originally from the Garden of England, the country of Kent, Stephanie intially had a career in finance for 12 years. Nearing the turn of the millenium, she acheived her Yachtmaster theory and practical which lead to a career change, to sailing. This took Stephanie to the Caribbean and Mediterranean for over 6 years and ending with her last position on the water, on board MY TRADITION.
Returning to the UK, Stephanie embarked on transferring her experience to charter management and has never looked back. Joining Ocean Independence in the summer of 2007 she has spent the majority of her career with OI, now operating at the forefront of Central Agency charter management. Specialising in maximizing charter revenue, positioning yachts competitively within the global market, and cultivating long-standing relationships with Owners, Captains, and international brokers. Stephanie’s expertise spans the full charter lifecycle — from yacht acquisition and market strategy through to contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight. Still applying her practical onboard experience in her everyday work provides her with valuable operational insight, allowing her to bridge seamlessly the expectations of Owners, crew, and charter guests alike. Calm under pressure and naturally relationship-driven, she is trusted for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to deliver at the highest level.
An individual MYBA member with comprehensive knowledge of MYBA E-Contracts, international charter tax regimes, and global cruising regulations, Stephanie provides Owners with informed, pragmatic guidance in an ever-evolving marketplace.
Outside of work, you will find Stephanie at her local clay shooting ground, taking cooking classes, exploring the stunning Yorkshire Moors and enjoying her membership at Goodwood motor racing curcuit. You will also find her motorbiking (pillion) with her husband through the beautiful English countryside in the summer months.
