Articles A Well-Oiled Machine: Celebrating 8 Yachts Sold Since Easter

At Ocean Independence we are pleased to share impressive yacht sales results in the weeks following Easter, with no less than eight yachts sold across three continents in just over a month.

In the weeks following Easter, Ocean Independence, against recent market trends, is proud to announce a remarkable achievement in the yacht sales industry, having successfully closed the sale of eight yachts across three continents. This significant accomplishment not only underscores a prolific few weeks post-Easter but also highlights our expansive global reach and ability to outperform the market, in a testament to the trust and expertise we’ve cultivated worldwide.

From emerging markets like Hong Kong, well established yachting hubs in North America and the Mediterranean, our ability to navigate diverse markets and client requests stands out in an industry where closing such a number of sales is seldom seen.

The variety of yachts we have sold recently and throughout our history demonstrates our versatility in catering to a wide range of clients and preferences. Whether it’s the elegance of American craftsmanship in BOUCHON, the timeless luxury of ADYTUM, or the 70m Benetti, ALFA sold earlier this year, our portfolio showcases our capacity to handle any request and fulfil a broad spectrum of yachting requirements. Each vessel sold represents a unique blend of style, performance, and comfort, proving that no matter the type of yacht our clients desire, we can deliver with excellence.

From our data, market conditions have shown more buoyancy, rebounding after a somewhat sluggish start to 2024. The recent upswing in sales activity indicates a warming market, making this an opportune moment for prospective buyers and sellers to make their move. The increasing demand and fluidity in the market suggest that now more than ever, stakeholders in the yachting community should consider stepping forward if they are contemplating a purchase or sale.

At Ocean Independence, we facilitate the purchase and sale of superyachts daily—it’s at the core of what we do and love. With specialist yacht sales consultants stationed around the globe, we offer local expertise virtually everywhere you’d expect it. From your initial inquiry to the final signatures on the paperwork, our dedicated team is here to guide you through every step of the process with unparalleled professionalism and insight. If you’re looking to buy or sell a yacht, now is the time to reach out to us and leverage our expertise to your advantage.

The yachts that follow not only showcase a prolific start to the year for our sales consultants, but they highlight a genuine company-wide effort to deliver such success. From our consultants at the face of Ocean Independence to our compliance, accounting, support, marketing, and yacht management teams, this achievement represents the combined dedication of the entire organisation.
